Overview

ResolvePack is currently a public static MVP that helps users organize evidence package drafts in their browser. The current MVP does not require an account and does not intentionally collect uploaded documents, identity files, bank statements, exchange statements, or completed evidence packs.

Information You Enter

Information typed into the builder is processed in your browser to generate a readiness score, missing-evidence list, attachment recommendations, and draft appeal text. Do not enter sensitive identity documents, passwords, seed phrases, bank statements, exchange statements, or private support case details into the public MVP.

Local Storage

Custom service and review templates may be stored in your browser localStorage under the key `resolvepack-extension-config-v1`. This data stays in your browser unless you export it or clear your browser storage.

Server Logs

Like most websites, the hosting server and Cloudflare may process technical logs such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, and security events. These logs are used for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.

Payments, Accounts, And Uploads

ResolvePack does not currently provide user accounts, payment collection, or document uploads. If these features are added, this policy will be updated before launch.
